The Sunset Trails Homeowners Association is a Nonprofit corporation located in Boonville, (Cooper County) MO. Encompassing land annexed by the City of Boonville, Missouri in 1998, the HOA was formed in 2001. The HOA is comprised of 46 custom, single family homes and several homesites ready for new builds. The Sunset Trails neighborhood is a premier luxury community in Boonville with sweeping views of the Missouri River, the historic KATY Bridge, and some of the best sunset views in the area.
